1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MLO APP platform ("the Service"), operated by Euro Stream Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MLO APP is a multi-tenant Point of Sale (POS) and Kitchen Management Platform. We provide: order management, kitchen display systems, waiter applications, analytics, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis for businesses in the hospitality industry.

3. Free Trial

New tenants receive a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, the Service is provided free of charge with no automatic billing. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires subscription to a paid plan. Failure to subscribe will result in suspension of access and temporary withholding of associated data.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance in Kenyan Shillings (KSH). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; all activities under your account; ensuring your use complies with applicable laws; not using the Service for any illegal purpose; not interfering with or disrupting the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We claim no ownership over your restaurant data, menu items, orders, or customer information. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for providing and improving the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
